No venomous or dangerous reptiles will be transported.

We are only able to transport healthy reptiles and cannot be held liable for the demise during transit of any unhealthy reptile.

All reptiles/accessories must be appropriately packaged but available for inspection by our driver before transportation.

Photographic evidence will be taken on collection and delivery.

We are able to provide basic reptile carriers however any specialised packaging must be provided by the customer.

All payments must be made in advance.

If you require us to carry out payment transactions on your behalf at either end we will do so at your own risk. There will also be a nominal charge for this service.

In the event of refusal of delivery all costs must be paid.
